Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required for the LunaWake device. Your reservation includes 30 days of Luna Coach free while you wait.
When does LunaWake ship?
We will share the delivery schedule on launch day and in your order confirmation. Luna Coach starts when the campaign ends, before the device ships.
Why are there two payments?
The $9 reservation holds your $229 founding price. On Sep 21, we email your personal order link to complete the product order at that locked price through Kickstarter.
Can I get my $9 back?
Yes. You can request a full refund before or after launch, for any reason. If the campaign does not go ahead, the $9 is refunded in full through the original payment method.
